1 Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Scalping World Trades (“SWT”). Our services include educational content, community access, and trading resources. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2 Membership Plans
Monthly Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are available, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.
Quarterly & Annual Plans: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to a prorated deduction for the period used, minus a processing fee. No refunds are issued after 14 days.
3 Educational Programs
Pre-Program: Full refund available if requested up to 7 days before the program start date.
During Program: If less than 25% of the program has been delivered, a 50% refund may be issued.
After 25% Delivery: No refunds are available once more than 25% of the program content has been delivered.
4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been delivered, Software or tools that have been activated or accessed, Donations or contributions to community initiatives, Any item marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
5 Refund Process
To request a refund: Email scalpingworldtrades@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, Include your full name, email address, and order ID, Provide a brief reason for your request.
We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we will work to resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover costs.
7 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations.
8 Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy terms. Refunds are always based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
